Hoisin BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 30 smoked chicken wings
- ½ cup hoisin sauce
- 3 oz. pineapple juice
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 3 thinly sliced scallions
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

- Whisk together hoisin sauce, pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Place over medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Place wings in fryer until just crispy.
- Remove wings from fryer and drain. Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss in hoisin sauce and place in oven for 5 minutes, or until sauce begins to caramelize on chicken.
- Serve with scallions, carrots, and sesame seeds sprinkled over the top.
