- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 4 Bone-In Center Cut Pork Chops
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- Combine all dry ingredients in shallow pan. Coat chops in seasoning.
- Place large cast iron pan on high heat. Add vegetable oil.
- Sear Chops on both sides until char is achieved. Continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 145° F. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
