BLT Avocado Wrap

Ingredients
- 12 slices of Bacon
- 4, 12” flour tortillas
- 16 tomato slices
- ½ cup avocado spread
- 10 oz. of lettuce, chiffonade
- 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper

- Cook the bacon, chiffonade the lettuce, slice the tomato.
- Heat the tortilla lightly on the flat grill.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of avocado spread evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Place 2.5 oz. of lettuce in the center of the tortilla.
- Top with 4 slices of tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
- Add three slices of the cooked bacon.
- Fold the right and left edges in towards the center.
- Lift the bottom flap or tortilla and fold over the filling.
- Roll up burrito, style applying pressure with rolling.
- Cut in half diagonally and serve.
