Cincinnati Chili with Ground Pork

Ingredients
- 2 lb. Ground Pork
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 (10.5-oz.) cans beef broth
- 1 (15-oz.) can tomato sauce
- ½ (1-oz.) square unsweetened chocolate
- ¼ cup chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- ¼ tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
- ¼ tsp. ground cloves

- Cook pork and onion in large skillet over medium-heat until well browned; drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti and salt and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Add salt and pepper to taste; remove bay leaves.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti.
