- 6 lb. Fresh Ground Pork
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped red onion
- 2/3 cup no salt added ranch salad dressing mix
- 24 tomato slices
- 24 whole wheat sandwich thins, toasted

- Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Combine ground pork, onion and ranch dressing mix; mix well
- Shape into 24 1-inch thick patties. Grill burgers approximately 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165oF, turning every 5 minutes.
- Serve on toasted sandwich thins topped with tomato slices.
