Ingredients

Katsu Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Pork Rice Bowl

  • 2 lb. chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 lb. Fully Cooked Pork Loin, cubed
  • 8 cups cooked brown rice, warm

Preparation

  1. Whisk together all Katsu Sauce ingredients; set aside.
  2. Stir-fry broccoli in oil until tender-crisp. Add pork cubes; cook until heated through.
  3. To serve, place 1/2 cup rice in bottom of bowl, top with 5 oz. pork and broccoli mixture, and top with 1 tablespoon Katsu sauce.
