Japanese Pork Rice Bowl

Ingredients
Katsu Sauce
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Pork Rice Bowl
- 2 lb. chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 lb. Fully Cooked Pork Loin, cubed
- 8 cups cooked brown rice, warm

- Whisk together all Katsu Sauce ingredients; set aside.
- Stir-fry broccoli in oil until tender-crisp. Add pork cubes; cook until heated through.
- To serve, place 1/2 cup rice in bottom of bowl, top with 5 oz. pork and broccoli mixture, and top with 1 tablespoon Katsu sauce.
